Our Story
 A Note From Our Founder
"I’m Rebecca Queral, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than twenty years of experience supporting women through many stages of life. I started my career in direct clinical practice, working with teens and adults who were dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, and big life changes. Those early years shaped who I am as a therapist and taught me the importance of creating a warm, safe space where women can talk openly and feel truly heard.
Corporate Healthcare & Clinical Foundation
Later in my career, I worked on the corporate side of healthcare. Being in that environment helped me understand the pressure women feel when they are trying to manage work, family, and personal needs all at once. It also reminded me how important it is for women to have a space that belongs to them, a place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what they need. Even while working in corporate settings, I stayed grounded in my clinical values and continued to see the world through a therapeutic lens.
Returning to Direct Practice & Midlife Support
In recent years, I returned to direct practice, reconnecting with the heart of my work: helping women feel steady, understood, and empowered. I now focus on supporting women in perimenopause, menopause, and midlife, times when emotional, physical, and cognitive changes can feel confusing, overwhelming, or lonely. I help women understand what’s happening in their bodies and minds and guide them through these changes with clarity and compassion.
Collaborative, Evidence-Based Approach
My approach blends cognitive behavioral strategies with a warm, collaborative style. I help women challenge unhelpful thoughts, build inner strength, and develop tools that support confidence and well-being during important life transitions.
Virtual Therapy for Women's Wellness
Mental Wellness for Women brings together my clinical expertise, real life understanding, and deep belief in the strength and resilience of women. My experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the many challenges women face, but what matters most is how that experience helps me support you. In our work together, you'll find a compassionate, evidence-based space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll focus on your goals, develop practical tools for lasting growth, and help you reconnect with your voice, confidence, and inner strengths so you can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.
